Many of my customers come to me because they simply want to know more about how training works and how it affects the relationship between them and their horses. For this reason I offer applied behaviour training (also known as ‘equitation science’) which is where I visit people with their horses and teach them about how horses learn and how this applies to their own horse training activities. I empower people with behavioural knowledge and also help them to conduct training more effectively through improving their ability to read and respond to horse behaviour both on the ground and in the saddle.
