CPD for the Veterinary Team

I’ve recently been sought to provide written and presentation material for veterinary CPD. I can also provide you with training to help you to help your human clients improve their horse management and training with behaviour in mind. Not only have I contributed a chapter to Equine Behaviour In Mind, edited by Suzanne Rogers and published by 5m, I’ve also recently presented at London Vet Show 2018  on equine social behaviour and its impacts on their management and welfare." In 2017 I wrote about the effects of stress on horses for the Veterinary Nurse: ''Let's Talk about Stress''. In 2014 I presented on horse behaviour and low stress handing for veterinary professionals at the BVNA Congress.

I also offer CPD packages for individual veterinary practises, form “lunch and learn” to practical training in low stress handling skills, including equitation science for vets in support of BEVA’s #dontbreakyourvet campaign, as well as speaking at client evenings. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
