CPD for the Veterinary Team
I’ve been sought to provide written and presentation material for veterinary CPD for nearly a decade. I can also provide you with training to help you to help your human clients improve their horse management and training with behaviour in mind. Not only have I contributed a chapter to Equine Behaviour In Mind, edited by Suzanne Rogers and published by 5m, I’ve also recently presented at London Vet Show 2018 on equine social behaviour and its impacts on their management and welfare." I have also made a number of contributions to The Veterinary Nurse and UK Vet Equine:
"Equine Behavioural First Aid"
"Equine Behavioural First Aid and Combatting Stress in Equines"
"The Developmental Behaviour of Foals and its Relevance to Husbandry. Part 1: the First 3 Months"
I offer CPD packages for individual veterinary practices, form “lunch and learn” to practical training in low stress handling skills for both dog and horse behaviour.
I am also available to speak at client evenings. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
