About the event
The British Equestrian Federation has introduced its Charter for the Horse. How exactly can we safeguard the horse’s experience in their relationship with us? This event introduces the Five Domains model of animal welfare that serves as the backbone of the BEF Charter and its most recent updates for horse owners and professionals from across different equestrian backgrounds, experience and disciplines.
Jenni Nellist is an experienced Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist for horses with a special interest in the relationship between equine mental health, performance and welfare. She has over 20 years experience in horse behaviour, providing freelance behaviour consultations and horsemanship coaching across South Wales from her base in Gower.
